I've been a client for most of this century. As I moved into retirement from active practice, I was hit with a "gotcha" provision buried somewhere in my age-old policy documents. I paid extra to be covered by NCMIC because I trusted them. And now I know I cannot trust them. Their slogan ("We take care of our own") is a farce. I do not expect to be financially impacted, but they're leaving me exposed. Feeling betrayed.
Wonderful company
They don't value their customers. Poor customer service.
