The NCMIC Mastercard is a total joke. Rude, rude, rude. I've had the card 7 yrs. and amassed probably 90k points and I've been treated like crap! I wouldn't ever recommend them. Don't ever use anything from NCMIC except the malpractice insurance which is extraordinarily good.
