Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this rheumatologist rush your appointment? No Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Nothing but a paperwork mess when visiting this office! I was billed for something I didn't have done, then sent to collections before I had the chance to ask about it! The staff isn't helpful, and their billing department is a nightmare. Dr. Logan is good, but the staff just isn't worth it!

He paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and he was by far the best I've ever seen. My primary M.D. referred me to a back surgeon as well since I've been falling a lot and have no strength in my legs to stand up for even a few minutes. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
