I’ve been there a few times but I wasn’t happy with my most recent visit. Did the VIP package but it was not as good as what I expected and they never asked you for the car refresher until you asked (they have two people who are in charge and one is nicer than the other). Last time one of the worker was eating while cleaning and some got into my car as well :( I wish they could improve and be more professional..
If you pay for the high carwashes they'll do a great job. But i went for the special today which is a vaccum and wash and they do a horrible job. They never vacuumed my trunk area or cleaned the car well. I had to go home and clean my windshield myself. I understand their understaffed but still.. and previous times I would get the wax package and they would skip it on me and give it to some other car. So you really have to watch your car when it goes through the washer and what the guys are doing.
The name of this car wash is superkleen. but it jobs is super dirty! And their attitude is very bad when you point out where is dirty and need to clean again ! Don't covet its cheaper price, waste your money here and get mad for what you have paid them!
