Sam was so efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I was so stressed about losing food in freezer and luckily it was fixed quickly and efficiently. :)
Do not use these people. They will push services and parts you don't need. They replaced multiple parts on my furnace and it still didn't work. Tech named John. Took another company 1 hour to fix.
Original review: Came out quickly for an emergency call to fix our freezer & was able to repair in a timely manner. Two-Month Update: Initially, we were satisfied with the repair service provided two months ago and even left a favorable review at the technician's request. However, recent developments compel us to provide an update.
