I contacted New Circle Mechanical to fix my heat pump, install a faucet for a hot water dispenser, and fix a hose bibb. He made three visits on three separate days. On the first day, he determined the heat pump needed to have a board replaced. I paid $769.50 for a service call and partial payment on the board. The next time he came back, he fixed the hose bibb, and installed the board in the heat pump, but said it needed to have a valve relay replaced.
