I contacted New Circle Mechanical to fix my heat pump, install a faucet for a hot water dispenser, and fix a hose bibb. He made three visits on three separate days. On the first day, he determined the heat pump needed to have a board replaced. I paid $769.50 for a service call and partial payment on the board. The next time he came back, he fixed the hose bibb, and installed the board in the heat pump, but said it needed to have a valve relay replaced. New Circle did a fantastic job and came to my home on the same day I called. Even with a very busy schedule they worked me in. The estimate for repairs was given up front and was very reasonable. Sam was phenomenal and very courteous. We have used them for years and will continue in the future.
Original review: Came out quickly for an emergency call to fix our freezer & was able to repair in a timely manner. Two-Month Update: Initially, we were satisfied with the repair service provided two months ago and even left a favorable review at the technician's request.
