We engaged NCI Electric for our new-construction house based on reviews. Looking at it now, their reviews are all old. Our experience was that they helped with rough electrical, but then abandoned the project. They did not follow plans and were unwilling to provide as-built plans. Ultimately, we spent more money figuring out what was done and in repairs than what was spent on the electrician.
Great company. Excellent service. Identified a very serious safety problem so the panel was replaced. Installed new electric car charger with excellent location and correct installation. Courteous and clean workers. Very polite persons. Would immediately hire them again.
Called to get a troubleshoot and repair estimate for some outlets that were not getting power. A technician came out to our home in Foster City the same day. Talk about a quick response! He was courteous, followed COVID protocols and was very friendly. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in less an hour! They are a very professional company. I'd most definitely hire these electricians again.
