I am updating this review as due to it, the company reached out to me and we discussed the problem. There was miss communication between the phone call with the contractor and I that caused confusion as well as a miss understanding of the issue on how a 5 year old roof had a leak. The initial assumption (on my part anyway) was that I was being brushed off as it was "out of warranty" and sent to a random roof company.
