**Edit and Update** Today's experience was much better than my first few experiences here. They were quick to help, were kind to me and my son, were on time with my appointment, and the nurse who did my pregnancy test was wonderful and friendly. If I could give this “doctor” zero stars I would! What a JOKE Katherine Kelly is! One day before I am getting induced and she can’t even give me the time to come in and do her job! I came for my last appointment and stress test and they leave me in the room for 35 min doing a stress test which really shouldn’t have taken more than 20 min then the assistant says you’re good to go and I asked to see the doctor and she said I’ll ask her but she said you can just go home. I’m very satisfied with the prenatal care here.
Very disappointed with the general service they provide, you will not be seen by doctors only nurses that most of the time does not know what to give you for a basic cold. Misinformation at all times and if you disagree you will receive bad attitudes and sassy comments. The place is beautiful and has all the capacity to be excellent but definitely they need to train their crew to provide a decent service. Few people are nice but couple people is not enough for an institution to shine.
