The care was really good and quick. The PA took care of a wound from slicing my finger with a kitchen knife. The reason for the low review is their near predatory billing practices. I received a bill in the mail for a pretty reasonable amount, and went to pay it only to find out the charges had nearly tripled. Additionally, the larger fee was billed under a 'supervisory MD' as a facilities charge. I felt a little discriminated on my recent visit to this clinic,never felt that before of all the times that I have had appointments in the past. It's ok though I want to believe that there are good people still!!

I came in being aware of the 3 hr wait! I waited 2hrs to ask when my name would be called to register! Especially seeing people being taken before me even though I was there first! Found out they never wrote my name down. Three hours later I asked again for update which staff rolled her eyes. I told her I’ve been more than patient with 5 hrs later still not being seen. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Lisa told us if one person in the household tested positive for COVID, the rest of my family definitely also had it and they refused to test us until I told them that I needed a paper officially stating if I was positive or negative for work. They finally agreed to test me. I tested negative. My two other sisters did not get tested and left. Lisa needs to learn how to talk to patients with respect. Overall, very very rude staff including the nurse. My family and I will never return.

My family and I registered to test for COVID and Lisa who works at the front desk was refusing to let us test because she assumed the whole family was positive. Thankfully the doctor let us test and our results came back negative. Linda claimed she did not want to “waste time or money” yet the doctor expected all of us to test.
