Pre-operative work up, clinical documentation, informed consent procedure very poor in my opinion. Just some friendly safety advice. Request medical records before surgery and have reviewed to check when cardiac testing interpretation and reports, frailty tests completed and if there is evidence in “medical records” cardiac tests the cardiology notes claim to have reviewed actually were.
