I am more that happy to have been referred to Dr Luis Paz. From the first meeting with him to discuss my heart problem and on thru the tests and procedures and final my final TAVR, I was always satisfied with all his responses to all my questions. Great personality. He is a very well rounded physician who knows his patients and has outstanding medical skills.
Dr. Paz Rios is a wonderful, caring doctor. He replaced my husband's heart valve. From the first visit to our year follow-up, Dr. Paz talked with us in a calm and friendly way. Dr Paz is an exceptional cardiologist, experienced in advanced structural heart procedures, such as the transcatheter valve repair which I needed. He is very knowledgeable, takes time to provide thorough explanations, and is committed to getting the best possible outcome. I suffered an unexpected massive heart attack and was rushed to the hospital. The moment Dr. Paz Rios and his Associate walked into the triage room, I knew I was in good hands. He was kind, gentle and confident and saved my life, changed my life forever. His bedside manner was kind and encouraging! I owe him my life!
I am on the younger side of patients, and Dr. Paz has been amazing throughout my entire PFO procedure. He explained everything in great detail and calmly answered all of my parents’ questions with kindness and compassion. I am very thankful to have such a great cardiologist.
