Great experience at NCH Pediatric ER. Nurses Diana and Sue were swift, personable, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Carceres was thorough, attentive, and kind. Despite my sick toddler, very pleasant experience!
Dr. Caceres. Was amazing to my 5 year old daughter. She was sweet and a perfectionist when it came to glue and stitches.
I want to share my experience regarding my baby’s care. (14 months old) After my baby suddenly started walking only on his tiptoes with one foot, I first took him to Golisano urgent care. Unfortunately, the doctor we saw there showed very little compassion. It felt like she didn’t want to be there caring for children. After only noting that there was redness (and thankfully ordering an x-ray to rule out fractures), she told me to just go see another doctor in a week.
