Dr Elizabeth and Nurse Kacey were amazing with our daughter!
We ended up in this ER after a respiratory emergency with our 10 month old son. Being a health care worker from NY, I set the bar low for treatment. My husband and I were absolutely blown away with the treatment, professionalism, cleanliness and haste of this department. The way they treated us like family & the way they took care of our son was top notch. La comida aquí abajo del hospital súper pero súper mal y cara y la única persona que atiende aquí orita en la Noche súper pésima su atención le estaba hablando porque quería saber cómo pedir un plato de comida y ni sikiera me respondió de manera siguió asiendo sus cosas y luego me atendió que fea manera de atender pésimo por favor siendo un hospital muy bueno cambien eso es solo una Sugerencia el día de hoy es 16 de febrero 7pm de la noche pésima la atención que deseccion
Very fast service. Sweet nurse and doctor. 5 stars for us.
Awful experience, staff was terrible. The doctor checked his ears, said they were fine, then ordered multiple INVASIVE, TRAUMATIC tests for a baby just to come back and say it was in fact an ear infection. Definitely just wanted the money. I will being filing a complaint.
