They appear to be incompetent. After a long wait we were issued a list of scheduling dates. Then told they were "wiped out by a glitch in the system" then told that "they spoke to us on the phone but we were in a hurry' (never happened). Then we were told that "another patient has the same first name". They seem ignorant, uneducated and unprofessional. Honest observation. Now they "have no available scheduling dates". Typical NCH unprofessionalism. There is a reason for the stars.

Bob did an amazing job getting me back to walking again I highly recommend asking for him as your physical therapist

My mother had a confirmed appointment and showed up and they told here the therapist was busy. They were rude and impatient.

Very professional staff..their new system has bugs and mistakes and this was adressed to Ingrid. She was very kind and helpful. The shining star of this facility is Beth Snediker. Very knowlegeable very kind and caring therapist. She helped me a lot with my issues. Thank you very much.

No one available to answer any calls and no one calling back when voicemail is left for several days still seems a bit unprofessional. No one answers the phone no matter which department is selected. Naples in season is not the place to be if you’re a full time resident. Everyone of their locations is the same right now. Unable to handle the absurd population growth in this area. Wonder how well you’ll be treated by NCH locations in an emergency when there are too many people to service!
