My mother had a confirmed appointment and showed up and they told here the therapist was busy. They were rude and impatient.
Very professional staff..their new system has bugs and mistakes and this was adressed to Ingrid. She was very kind and helpful. The shining star of this facility is Beth Snediker. Very knowlegeable very kind and caring therapist. She helped me a lot with my issues. Thank you very much.
No one available to answer any calls and no one calling back when voicemail is left for several days still seems a bit unprofessional. No one answers the phone no matter which department is selected. Naples in season is not the place to be if you’re a full time resident. Everyone of their locations is the same right now. Unable to handle the absurd population growth in this area. Wonder how well you’ll be treated by NCH locations in an emergency when there are too many people to service!

So I am worried about reprisals for this review but I cannot stand by and watch these people treat anyone else. I awoke at 3am on the 23rd of June with very severe hives. This is a recurring condition, and I have been to NCH 2 other times with similar symptoms. I was wheezing and in pain, immediate attention was required. Since the last 2 occasions that I had been to NCH were very poor service, 2 different diagnosises, I really would have rather gone anywhere else.
