My wife fell, hit her head and her foot was swelling up. We went to the NCH ER in North Naples. The waiting room was empty. In a smaller room the nurse took all the info including that my wife hit her head Xray from foot showed three broken toes. I ask the physician to how about her head he rudely answered you didn’t tell me I replied it’s in the notes from the nurse he hadn’t read them. Good medical care. Poore room and services.
Too bad there’s not a rating lower than one star! They are liars! They lied about the care they provided and said we denied to be admitted. They also said they treated us but did not! We went to the NCH location downtown and they re-did the scans and we got BETTER treatment! Horrible care! I would not recommend to my worse enemy! Sad!!! Bill was sent on time of course!
