I don’t trust endeavor, I got charged $100 and the person who charged me d Couldn’t explain what was it for, I called billing, and billing couldn’t explain!! I called my insurance right after the insurance person said I should be 100% covered. I am in the process of disputing the charge, I need to move to other care groups this place non of them are professional and I don’t trust them!

just wanted to give a heads up regarding the sleep group transition from Ascension to Endeavor. worst transition ever. the email explaining what was going to happen, didn't. all the numbers for the two sleep offices are disconnected. done. probably representative of the entire Endeavor experience. done.
I have never had a bad experience. I've had PT , mammogram, immediate care, X-rays at this location and everyone is always pleasant.
Very unpleasant experience. Came in today for the immediate care and was not immediate at all. I am very understanding and waited patiently but in return I had a nurse who was very passive aggressive to the point I wanted to ask her why she wants to work in this industry when she lacks empathy and gentle care, took her 3 times to run my blood pressure don’t even think she knows what she’s doing.
