Terrible scheduling. Rude people. Nice lab and doctors if you can get past the very difficult schedulers. They don't listen and make me want to find a different doctor. Only scheduling problem, not doctor. Very, very rude and loud. When I'm done with this doctor I'll stop going to this facility so I don't have to deal with the insane schedulers.
I came in for immediate care and everyone from checkin, PA, doctor, xray tech were very nice. I was in and out within an hour, with the xray and results. I liked Dr. Jamie A. She's caring, listened, gave her good plan and medications that worked. I'm writing this a day later. My temp was normal this morning (I've been sick since Thursday of last week). Don’t ever go here, they charge for “questions”. Took the child in for an annual physical and we paid for the visit right there at the clinic and now we received a bill in the mail for almost $200. There was nothing else done at the doctor’s visit besides the normal standard procedure. No shots, no treatment. We called to demand an explanation of the bill and the receptionist on the phone said we were billed the extra amount because we were asking the doctor questions regarding concerns about the child. Yeah, I’ve sleep apnea. I called and informed them that I had a doctor Dr. Shakir that was their doctor. That was my doctor and he moved and I needed my records Or I needed to see a new doctor so I could get a sleep apnea machine they said he’d call me. He never called me. It’s been like three months now and I still don’t have my sleep apnea machine. I informed them it was very important that I probably got this done and it’s still never been done.
