I went Tuesday for blood work and it was extremely busy. The two ladies who were taking blood kept apologizing and were so nice. They both kept working hard. I was very impressed with them.some people were complaining but the ladies kept their cool
Ever since Hilary left it’s been bad. I went in for an update on a prescription and Dr Luisa Johnson starts asking me all these questions, recommending this and telling me that. Then turns around and BILLS ME for talking about “numerous things” outside of a typical visit?? The hell? I’m uninsured and it’s an obvious money grab. My family went (key word: WENT) there and now we’re off to find a new primary care place. Such a shame, sounds like I’m not the only one. Super dishonest and inappropriate behavior.
