Ever since Hilary left it’s been bad. I went in for an update on a prescription and Dr Luisa Johnson starts asking me all these questions, recommending this and telling me that. Then turns around and BILLS ME for talking about “numerous things” outside of a typical visit?? The hell? I’m uninsured and it’s an obvious money grab. Extremely slow service in immediate care
I had to visit my specialist and they were practicing at this location, so I made the track up to this office. There was plenty of parking onsite. There were plenty of signs to help guide you between offices and the lobby had plenty of comfortable seating. There were outlets in the waiting room which were really helpful. From lobby to office room everything looked really clean and compared to other offices I was impressed. Check in was easy and doctor saw me in a decent amount of time.
