Just another corporate org
Insurance policy already updated but they were not aware of the change. Receptionist did not want to try to find answers or help clients. So Wanted to discuss with someone regarding insurance issues so called to insurance matter/ billing department. The lady who was in charge of that part was sooo rude and hanged up the phone. Seems like they have no patient relations service or someone who supports patient.
Just called to try to schedule and appointment. Receptionist was no help I had more questions and as soon I said thank you I just hear her hang up. Not very professional.
I went Tuesday for blood work and it was extremely busy. The two ladies who were taking blood kept apologizing and were so nice. They both kept working hard. I was very impressed with them.some people were complaining but the ladies kept their cool
