This office is very unprofessional. They asked our patient that we referred there to call and schedule an appointment for an EGD. She call 9 times and left message to schedule. No one answers the phones, we have had to leave multiple messages and then no one will return our calls., It took persistence from our office and the patient to finally get an appointment, which took over 7 weeks to get. Hire more office, pay them what they deserve, and maybe you office staff will stay.
