I have used this lab about at least a dozen times to drop off samples. Today I went to collect a sample cup to go and was very rudely told by a staff member named Letitia/Leticia that they don’t do that test here. I explained that I have had this exact test ordered at least three times this year/within the past 6 months and dropped it off at this location. She told me “no we don’t do that here. You have to go downtown to the hospital and do that there. You can’t even get a cup and take it home, you have to do the test there.... read more
