NCH Lab at 800 Goodlettel Frank Rd is no longer an NCH facility, but it is still on the web. It is millennium Lab Now. Also the NCH Labs are no longer walk in, you must have an appointment , and they are very hard to get.

Please update your website which says you are open until 4:30 every day. I left work early to go down there and when I got there it turns out you close at 3:30 on Fridays.
I'm usually in and out in a decent amount of time. The staff is always nice and gentle.
