Nice clean new facility as compared to the old run down hospital on Central. Service is much quicker and more efficient here as well.
The doctors get five stars. The staff get ZERO. They might as well be from the DMV or the Currency Exchange. Absolutely the worst attitude ever. Quit your job. Go to school. Find a new line of work that has nothing to do with personal interaction. The door to wellness is first answered by your front desk staff. Remember that every time you let them answer the phone.
I’ve been coming to Nch for almost a decade but have never experience such lack of professionalism til now. Receptionists are rude with no sense of urgency, even my doctor have been so unreliable it’s disappointing and absurd.
