This is the worse facility! We came here 2 days ago for my moms CT. We came in early, she had to drink contrast and was told we have to wait an hour. We waited 2 hours!!!! The worker in the front for radiology was very rude to us. She said we can leave if we want. Their techician is not skilled. Cant find the vein for iv contrast so she has to poke my mom 3 times on her arms that left her bruises. This is not acceptable! They werent even sorry!!! Stay away from this facility! They will charge you a hospital fee which will automatically add ~250$ to any visit, and that doesn't include the Doctor's fee of ~100$. Ended up paying nearly $600 for a strep and covid test. We asked for an itemized bill because the amount did not make sense for the services rendered. There is no forewarning, either. You'll just get a bill in the mail, and an unpleasant person to talk to about it when you calm the billing department. Go elsewhere. There are places in the area that do not charge hospital fees... This review is for customer service. I am a LONG time patient here, and also brought my daughter. This morning I literally called and talked to the staff about coming in for walk in office hours - and wanted to bring my son. Is he a patient I said no. But I am a patient (family doc) and this is my son. Ok, How old is your son? I said 14 - and they said OK we can see him then! We jumped in the car and headed straight there as walk in hours ended at 9am. We get there and the y denied us. The check in staff went in back to ask ... read more
It is hard to reach them. Office always closed even when it is supposed to be still open for 20 minutes atleast. I was supposed to get a call back did not get one. Awful treatment when it comes to something that is urgent because most likely you won’t get it on time.
Very positive with the service I received today. Carol was extremely professional and patient getting my new insurance entered. Her colleague (Mary) even offered to help! Great experience at each touch point. Thank you!
