Went to urgent care 20 minutes before they closed and told it was too late to be seen! They are opened until 7pm! I was scolded by the medical assistant - telling me if my husband needed a Covid test etc that they could not do it because there wouldn’t be time! Wow - where is the patient care here? Very sad! He was there thinking he had strep throat! Under duress they took him! I was told the physician determines what time they close. Very disrespectful! Super professional and kind! We were there 10 min before closing on Easter Day and they took care of us patiently and professionally.
I went in today and was treated by Danielle B. NP. She was great, I was given a breathing treatment and prescriptions. I will never go any place else- An awesome experience. Front office staff was efficient and professional. The RN was kind a did a great job also. I would recommend this facility to all of my friends.
