If I could give negative stars I would. Patients BEWARE: Dr. Luiza Johnson for my 1st and only visit with her to establish care and an OB referral diagnosed me with thyroid disease before even having bloodwork done and lacking any symptoms. She tried giving me Levothyroxine without adequate testing. I was in MRI tube With all prepared clothing on for about 10 minutes than I learned machine was broken. Waited to hear what’s next. All they were saying was Need to contact to repair man. I am still laying down as very uncomfortable immovable position. I asked her untie/ unstrap me.and how long will it take to contact the repair person - they don’t know no answer. This was my second time at NCH Immediate Care (the first was for my other son), and once again, the experience was amazing. I brought my son in yesterday because he was struggling to breathe from asthma. The person at check-in was so kind and we had a few laughs. He made sure a nurse came right away to check my son’s oxygen, and we were seen immediately. The nurses were compassionate and made sure my son was comfortable. The doctors are fine but they bill you twice for an urgent care visit - billing says it's a facility fee and a physician fee - and they don't tell you this. BCBS says this is legal but scammy and they're trying to work the system for more money. When you raise concerns to billing, saying you weren't informed of cost, pricing, or billing, they ignore responding to you and ask if you're going to make a payment.
