I, a 75-year-old on a fixed income, came for an appointment to get a Tetanus vaccine in mid August at the Roselle Rd., Schaumburg location, where I am a regular patient of my primary doctor within this network. During my visit I asked how much it will cost to receive this shot, but nobody could give me an answer besides, "Not Much." Before remodeling the building, and before the Endeavor switch, the NCH place was well staffed with people you felt confident with. The building before didn't impress, but the people inside did. Now the outside of the building is impressive but the inside is under-staffed and it feels different in quality. I hope it is just a transitional phase that will improve. But, corporate takeovers using past goodwill to swap in cost cutting junk and abuse goodwill for short term profit is definitely the feel I got.

Think have been to the new facility only twice, but cannot remember the first time. Recently (8-1-2024) came in with pain in my abdomen for awhile and after an urine culture and a CT scan, I was quickly diagnosed with bilateral kidney stones. Referred to an urologist. Only issue is he is not available 9/30/2024 so I'm on a waiting list.
