I attempted to schedule an X-ray appointment by calling, but the automated message informed me that walk-ins were only accepted. Despite arriving an hour before closing time, I was informed that I had not made an appointment. I explained that I had called and was unable to complete the appointment over the phone. The woman at the front desk had absolutely zero empathy , they close at 8 , we came in at 7:25 and someone came in right after and the woman literally said to both us and the other people checking in "next time don't wait to come so late as we close at 8 and we want to go home." People are coming in sick and injured who need help, yes we get you want to go home but please take a second and think how that would make you feel if roles were reversed and you really needed help. For x-ray and consultation they charged 550$ and the wait time is terrible (atleast 2 hrs)....
It had very nice service when it was with NCH. Since it is Endeavor, it is terrible. I had appointment for Xray at 10 am. Got there before 10 am, checked in and was told to wait. After 35 mins, no one called me. I walked up to the check in desk and asked again, he said he would call. After his phone call, he said she was coming. Then the xray took 5 minutes. She said they had to take care immediate care pattients before appointments so my thinking is it is better to go there as immediate care then making appointment. She als... read more
What happened to this place? Since the renovation, the patient experience went way downhill. Had GI issues lasting about a week and went here since they were great when they were NCH (they are "Endeavor" now). I gave crystal clear out of country travel history, and for some reason, was not given antibiotics or opportunity to submit a stool sample. They prescribed nothing but "go to ER", basically a CYA to prevent a malpractice claim. Ultimately, I ended up getting misdiagnosed here with "viral stomach flu". And were it not f... read more
