Very short wait time. Technician was very pleasant and professional . Reception could've been a little more friendly. Premises well maintained.
The staff at Pro Scan Woman Imaging was very helpful and treated me with respect and kindness. The only issue was I was told the appointment was at Suite 104 but after waiting for the front desk to call me they informed me the appointment was at Suite 108. I was in for a mammogram and it only took less than 10 minutes.
Everyone was very professional and in good spirits, very supportive! ! Felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process! Great experience!
ProScan (N. Naples at the Heart Institute) employees were extremely kind during my recent nuclear medicine stress test. They talked to me during the scan and continued to ask if I was ok. The were on time, knowledgeable, and very professional. I will use their services if needed again.
Everyone from the front to the technicians were super professional. Made me feel welcome and calm. Shout out to Donna who was the tech.
