Two years ago I was a patient at NCH Baker and left disappointed. My nurse had 12 patients assigned — getting timely help was nearly impossible. I returned on June 1, 2026 for surgery with Dr. Gerber, and I was genuinely surprised by how much had changed. The nursing staff was excellent across every shift, and each shift included a trainee as well — a great sign for the future.
