Today I had the unpleasant experience of visiting the Collier Blvd. location at Lely and in the future will gladly drive as far as necessary to avoid going back there. When I arrived I was completely ignored. Then someone shoved a sign-in sheet across the counter. After I signed in I was again ignored while staff were having personal conversations. The staff was really friendly , I was in and out in no time.
Been to several Proscan locations and always had great customer service. Not this location. Front office was very unpleasant and unprofessional, staff made you feel like you were an inconvenience with no sympathy to the patients pain or fears. Left a message for management and never received a return call. This location really made you feel like as a patient you really do not matter…
It is incredible the mistreatment of the receptionists, they are unprofessional, they treat patients badly and make very inappropriate comments out loud no matter who they offend. Especially the older lady who is in front of the computers is rude, I would not go back to that place for anything else.
