They don’t care for their patience They always tell us to go to north Collier even the x Ray ppl tell us off or at least try I told them back I went 3 times for pain in my right knee they kept telling me I had nothing well come to find out I had a Meniscus tear y’all need to close it down
This is a wonderful clinic, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Child friendly, physicians are fantastic.
Wonderful staff made me feel good. Rooms are very clean and nurses excellent
Very fast, excellent care,went in excruciating pain, worse then labor pains, and they alleviated it quickly! I recommend this NCH over all others
Not pleased with Dr. Caldwell not ordering the right tests and afterwards rushing my wife out. Less then 24 hrs later I had to call an ambulance and have her shipped to the NCH Downtown where Dr. Todd Bethel did the right tests and treatments. She was severely dehydrated and was suffering from Lactic Acidosis. I will be filing a formal complaint as this isn't the first run in with this incompetent doctor.
