The scheduling is done in Costa Rica. There was a problem with my original appointment at 8:00 on the 21st and because the Costa Rican person said there was no note about this in my chart, she was unable to change the appointment time. The time was not a problem for me, but it was a problem for the physical therapist. The voice mail I received said the PT's name was Natalie!! My theapist's name is Ashley. What a mess. Great place but getting charged $500 a pt session is highway robbery. Will never recommend. So expensive
What a joke this place is. They just print out stretches for you to do at home. But the funniest part was weeks later when they sent me a bill for $1900. Save yourself a lot of time and money and just YouTube stretches. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
Horrible place!!!! Went to occupational therapy. For five days the female Kerri or Terri was rude and billed Medicare then discharged me for what reasons I don’t know. Was scheduled for 12 days. Learned NOTHING.Their equipment for hand therapy is prehistoric. Sad for NCH 😭
