Came to the clinic post hospital because I did not have an internist in Naples at the time. I had excellent, thorough care by the doctor, which was then reviewed with a supervising physician per protocol. Check in and check out was efficient and respectful. All went very well and I have recommended this clinic many times. It is a great option for people who are here part time and do not want to have a concierge doctor which most are becoming.

This is a great place to go if you don’t want to have your medical problems to be properly documented, or if you don’t mind getting in there on time, spending 10 minutes waiting a check in and then being told to go home because you’re 10 minutes late. And in the event, anyone actually tries to get back to me about this, I wear a body cam for the protection of my service dog. If I could give the NCH Academic Internal Medicine Department zero stars, I absolutely would. Most of the residents have been very sweet and do actually listen to what you’re saying when in the exam room but the doctors who are there assisting the residents are less to be desired. Dr. Rubin is absolutely wonderful but other than with him, I have had nothing but dreadful and rude experiences.
