I had the worst experience with this DO, and I am the one who is suffering. I used to see this DO twice a year. She was always in rush, never took time to explain anything to me. The only time she was forced to be nice was when she wanted to push meds on me that I did not need in order for her to get as much kickbacks as she could. The last time she did not even explain the side effects and the risks of the meds that she provided me in her office, which I did not even need it , and that med made me so sick. This DO is the worst, she doesn’t care , her bed manners are the worst, she won’t take the time to listen to patients, will interrupt when you asking questions or explaining your situation. I would not recommend this DO.

I was very disappointed with Dr Dounchis' ability, performance, care and concern. Prior to enlisting his services I had heard he had a poor bedside manner. I am more than willing to put up with that attribute so long as someone is competent with their services. Being in very good physical condition I was optimistic about my knee replacement. I followed all pre-op and post-op guidance. I was diligent with physical therapy. It's been over a year and my knee is no better than it was prior to surgery. This office is very unprofessional. They asked our patient that we referred there to call and schedule an appointment for an EGD. She call 9 times and left message to schedule. No one answers the phones, we have had to leave multiple messages and then no one will return our calls., It took persistence from our office and the patient to finally get an appointment, which took over 7 weeks to get. Hire more office, pay them what they deserve, and maybe you office staff will stay.

I am a well trained physician, a product of the Residency and Fellowship Programs at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School and I feel competent to comment on Dr. Garry's excellence as a physician. He is among the most intelligent, up to date and compassionate physicians I have ever met. He is clearly devoted to excellence in patient care. As an employee I can tell you to avoid this place at all cost. They’ll order tons of exams just to make money. Go somewhere better

No compassion for people who don’t handle having blood drawn very well. No place to lay down apparently.
