When you absolutely, positively need to feel well, ... GO ELSEWHERE. Mostly judgmental, arrogant medical staff. e.g. Come in for consultation to find out staff already made decisions/altered my treatment and medications before "consultation" even started. Customer service equally awful: Inaccurate, argumentative, deceptive, etc... The doctors don't care and the staff follows the guiding light of, "Close enough is good enough." Horrible service. Very clean modern building with valet parking
Excellent place
My wife and I had been seeing James Reeves, who was fantastic. Called to make an appointment and was informed that James had retired. We received no notice and the office would not renew our medications. The receptionist was extremely rude, told us to go to an urgent care, and hung up on us. Do not go to this office!!
