My mom learned that she is type 2 diabetes. We went to see Dr King and she was with us for almost 2 hrs explaining everything. Very pleased, great bedside manner, and very knowledgeable. Would recommend her to anyone that has diabetes. It's nice to have a Dr that is so caring that I feel ok to be miles away.
I cannot recommend this facility. (NOVEL- Read for an honest review.) I scheduled an appointment and waited 4 weeks to be seen by Janis King, ARNP (Not MD, for the previous reviewer.) I showed up 25 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time, only to be told it had been CANCELLED (no phone call, or email, or any sort of attemp at communicating this to me, was made to inform me of this information prior to my arrival on this day.) mind you, I am having symptoms that I had been dealing with prior to, and during my wait to ... read more
Definitely one of my best experiences with an Endo! Facilities are fancy and kept clean, everyone in the office is welcoming, helpful, and (luckily) willing to work with you. Dr. King is very personable and extremely knowledgeable, especially as a doctor who has type 1 diabetes and so can advise patients supplemented by personal experience.
