The absolute WORST. They sent me to another floor because wait was short and then never checked me in. Sat there for 1 and half! No appogy, nothing. Woman in lower office not helpful and neither was person upstairs. They should be sending me my hourly rate. I’ve noticed with the medical profession in the last decade. I think they keep forgetting that we have choices and we are customers just like any other Business.
I get my INR checked here every month. Very efficient and friendly staff. Much quicker than a doctors office. They take Medicare so it is very cost effective for me. Busy in season but you leave with an appoint for the following month so there is usually no waiting.
