I had one of the worst medical experiences of my life at the Emergency Department of on May 5, 2026. I went to the ER suffering from a confirmed herniated disc compressing my sciatic nerve. An MRI previously done at this same hospital had already shown the problem, and my condition had been getting worse for days. I went with my boyfriend, and all I can say is how horribly we were treated there from the very beginning. They discharged him while he was still complaining about severe pain and basically told him he would be fine and that there was nothing else they could do for him. They didn’t even properly review or explain his bloodwork results. The entire experience felt very rushed and dismissive very “in and out” treatment. I would not recommend this place at all.

Unfortunately, today ( Easter Sunday)I had to visit the ER. I dreaded it like somebody would if they had to swallow poison! It turned out to be an incredibly pleasant experience. I was very well looked after by the attending PA Christopher, And a phenomenal, caring, smart nurse named Nina. They took care of me like I was one of their family members. A nightmares Waiting room was full. Having a kidney stone passing on both sides. Pain was severe. Took hours, a man next to me was whining about his kidney stone and was treated before me although I was ahead of him. They had no clue how to treat it
