Unfortunately, today ( Easter Sunday)I had to visit the ER. I dreaded it like somebody would if they had to swallow poison! It turned out to be an incredibly pleasant experience. I was very well looked after by the attending PA Christopher, And a phenomenal, caring, smart nurse named Nina. They took care of me like I was one of their family members. They were caring and compassionate and followed up the my entire visit . if I had to seek emergency medicine again, I wouldn’t hesitate. Kudos the a well trained ER department!

We arrived at NCH Healthcare System Emergency Room at 4:00 PM with my mother, who was in pain and needed medical attention. By 9:00 PM, after waiting five hours, she had still not been seen by a doctor, and we ultimately had to leave. The doctor never came.During the entire wait, my mother was not allowed to drink water or receive any medication, because staff said she had to be evaluated by a doctor first — yet no doctor ever showed up.
