Dr. Haven and Damia (his nurse) are compassionate, forward thinking, are reliable. My family and I couldn't be more pleased about the care we receive at NCH Concierge Medicine.
Jesse Haven has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. He and his partner, Robert Hanson, have provided better care than I could ever have imagined. Their staff is unmatched. When you need them, they are there 24/7. I've had emergencies, and they stuck with me until I was well again. Don't believe the one bad review. He's just wrong. Their practice is full with a waitlist. I've sent over 20 patients to them, and they're all very satisfied. You should be so lucky as to have them on your team as I am.
Despite some poor reviews on several websites, two friends use Dr. Haven and like him. He is now setting up a concierge practice, and I called the phone number in his sales brochure to inquire about enrolling. As was complained about in several reviews of his prior practice, I got voicemail instead of a person. It has now been two full business days since I left the message, and my call has not been returned.
