I called to make an appointment I'm 30 years old with a doctor's referral because I have legions on chest and my family genetics skip a generation and it's my turn. This lady on the phone refused to help me, wouldn't listen to me or help me at all. Told me since I'm under 35 that they wouldn't take me or the doctor would have to change the order. Needless to say im booked somewhere else but don't call here - extremely rude and didn't listen.
DO NOT USE NORTHWEST COMMUNITY BREAST IMAGINGING CTRS at either location. I had a recent Mammogram ... They catorgized me as a High Risk Breast Cancer candidate. The people that run this dept. In Arlington Heights have no idea what they are doing. I have been going back forth with these idiots telling them my Insurance card was in their system ..they made me read info off my card to them .
