I went to the Naples Community Hospital Emergency Room on 7th St in downtown Naples and within hours had a laparoscopic Appendectomy emergency surgery before my appendix was likely due to burst. The super sleuth medical team in the ER plus the competence, commitment and loving presence of the whole team had me walking out with a clean bill of health less than 24 hours later. Miracle of miracles, but more likely an everyday occurrence with this excellent ER and it competent staff
I’ve gone to many hospitals and have had decent care but this hospital is by far the worst one the women in the front had very bad attitudes like if you were bothering them and then nurse and doctor as well had very bad attitude. My wife was needing something to help with her lower back pain and they weren’t wanting to give her anything. Very disappointing I’ll be going back to physicians regionals.
Took my 37 year old son to ER the other night . He has a liver disease keep in mind. We told everyone there. He has been at this hospital at least 50 times for this disease over 15 years or so, also born there 37 years ago. The liver disease he has causes severe pain when he gets sick. After many test and 4 hours later, and 3 yes in 3 hours 3 different nurses, they said it was RSV and just take Tylenol "hello, he has a LIVER disease " oh then take advil, and you'll be fine since your young and have no underlying condition...... read more
All good experiences from patients and I highly recommend NCH Baker Hospital.
Aside from the waiting, I was very pleased with the staff, I can't remember the name of my Emergency Nurse who prepped me for an ablation, or the 2 Nurses that tended to me in the Operating Room. The Anesthesiologist was very personable and brought me happily into my dream state. Of course Dr. Samantha Sublette rocks. Room Nurses were pleasant and worked hard to please me at all times. And especially Natalie the charge Nurse who called my daughter to let her know I forgot my cell phone that I'm typing this on.
