This is the most unprofessional place to try to get answers for Insurance Companies. It's been almost a year and no one can help me. Everyone passes you off to someone else and they say they can't help me. It's a very unorganized place. No one knows anything and blames Covid for not being able to help you cause they are short staffed was the last excuse today. i am about ready to call the BBB on them if they don't come up with answers soon.
Receptionists are rude, nasty, and sarcastic. Very unprofessional staff.

Treats patients like they are all drug addicts and doesn't even care to listen about why they are there. as I was telling the doctor what was going on all she did was shake her head like she was listening, didn't order any tests to see what was going on but insisted on me leaving....NCH NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR GEY A BETTER CEO THAT CAN GET THE RIGHT STAFF
