Have been under the Broadbent CAP services for over a year. This company has since taken over. In that time, I have been paired with a therapist that I should have reported to the licensing board. I've had a case manager that is nice as can be, but offers no resources. Doesn't follow up on calls and makes no effort to offer resources or prioritize the commitments she's made. I can tell from the run around I kept getting when trying to contact NCGCare, this will go ignored. But maybe it can serve as a caution for others. After months of letting management at Starlight Behavioral Health in Huntington WV that my client was becoming more and more violent and unstable, they brushed me aside and the head manager referred to my concerns as "blah blah". Their billing system does not work properly. It has been a nightmare. Avoid.
