Do not use these guys. We have had the worst quality work I have ever see in 43 years. Speaking to the installers I was told they had been in Australia for "Half of one month" that they were Students, not A/C Installers. I had to lend them safety goggles to cut with an angle grinder, they didn't have any safety equipment. They kicked the hell out of the roof tiles every place they needed access breaking one in half and didnt tell me, they just put bathroom silicone on it, not even roofing silicone.
