I did a trial class at NCFIT Mountain View today, and unfortunately it was a really disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed. The person at the front desk barely looked up from his phone when checking me in. I told him it was my first time there, and his response was basically “cool, just go in there,” while continuing to look at his phone.
