I’ve had a strong rhythm of working-out since my teenage years. I’m now in my 40s and this past year, I knew I needed to stretch myself in a new way. This gym has been my mental and physical anchor for about 2 years now. I look forward to every workout (it’s the only way I’m rolling out of bed at 5:45am). I’m more consistent than I’ve ever been and I’m proud to say - early AM workouts don’t feel like a drag anymore! Thanks Erin, Michelle, Steve and John, and the entire FRVR FIT crew!
I was looking for a gym where I could meet people but also have coaches to teach me techniques so I would stop constantly injuring myself. FRVR Fir has such a great community and I’m loving it here
I joined this gym in October. Being new to Lancaster this gym has helped me create new friendships and relationships with people who have the same passion for working out and staying healthy. It a great way to push yourself physically and mentally in a healthy environment
