I love this gym! They have a great variety of workouts and the environment is very welcoming.
The owners are so welcoming! Vanessa knows her stuff! So many modifications available. Facilities are simple and perfect. A very encouraging atmosphere!

I am currently Active Duty Military, originally from the Lubbock area so I’m here visiting family and friends. I was introduced to the Sweat District gym by a friend. I enjoyed it so much I decided to go back for a Saturday morning workout. This gym challenged me with new exercises I’ve never attempted. Nothing but positive energy and other motivated individuals. Highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to challenge themselves. I’ll definitely make it a point to drop in for a workout every time I visit.
