The owners are so welcoming! Vanessa knows her stuff! So many modifications available. Facilities are simple and perfect. A very encouraging atmosphere!
I am currently Active Duty Military, originally from the Lubbock area so I’m here visiting family and friends. I was introduced to the Sweat District gym by a friend. I enjoyed it so much I decided to go back for a Saturday morning workout. This gym challenged me with new exercises I’ve never attempted. Nothing but positive energy and other motivated individuals. Highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to challenge themselves. I’ll definitely make it a point to drop in for a workout every time I visit.
Sweat District is absolutely amazing! The coaches are so kind, encouraging, and truly invested in helping you grow. No matter your fitness level, they offer modifications so you can challenge yourself while staying safe and confident .The energy in the gym is always positive and supportive. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits, Sweat District is the perfect place to train. Highly recommend!
