I had an appointment for Tuesday and was told they would call the morning of. They called 5 minutes after they opened and gave me 2 hour window of when they would show up. They texted me when they were on the way and were very communicative the entire day. The tech showed up exactly in his time window. It was a quick job and they vacuumed out all the broken glass.
