I express the same sentiment as an earlier review: "in a time of need, all they cared about was money." I was working with a (lovely) therapist weekly on Wednesdays. The clinic requires a card on file for auto-pay once invoices go thru insurance. I set up payment w/ my HSA card and unbeknownst to me, as it was my first time using it, it had not been activated yet. I spent several months working with Candice to repair some digestive issues and find my way back to eating a wide variety of menus. She was absolutely wonderful during a very challenging time. I worked with Candice and the functional nutrition program for most of 2025 and was very pleased with her knowledge, care, and leadership as she helped me find my way back to eating and digesting food.
