This review refers to the optical shop & not the medical. WARNING: If you purchase frames/lenses & return them you will pay a 25% restocking fee of the total sale price (before any insurance). At the time of purchase I asked what the return policy was and was told 90 days--no mention of the 25% restocking fee---very deceptive business practice. NCEENT did not respond to my inquiries & when I did reach them, they would do nothing about the $178.00 restocking fee. This is all after I paid a lot of money for eye surgery! ... read more
