When using the new NCE microwave for the first time, which came with the caravan, the turntable was jumping. Looked closely at the cause, found the wheels on the turntable support ring were out of round. Spoke to Ashlee, filled out the required warranty information and was informed a replacement will be sent out. All this on the same day. Couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you
My NCE TV would not tune in stations. I kept getting the "no signal" message. When I finally discovered that the fault was not in the antenna but in the TV itself, it was out of warranty. Even so, I rang NCE and explained my situation to Brian, who sent me the relevant questionnaire form. The very next day my submitted form was accepted and I was assured I'd be sent a new replacement TV straight away. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced, thanks to Brian and NCE. Full marks to them.
