Excellent service and very prompt in solving issues with their appliances. Rang up and within couple of days I received my item. Very happy.
DO NOT BUY an NCE TV they are really crappy. We had our NCE TV for approx 2 years, it started to give us trouble with losing apps and not being able to update them. NCE in good faith gave us a new TV, but after 1 year the same thing started to happen again and the service we received from NCE is shocking. The TV does not have the capability of updating apps. When you pay over $400 - $500 for a TV you would expect it to update apps. Stay away from this below average product, There are lots more options out there for half the ... read more
