Zero stars is what this scam company deserves. They misrepresented themselves as a medical insurance company. I paid for over 10 months for my daughter and myself. Now we are getting a notice from the IRS for not having insurance and are being penalized $800 for it. This company is a scam and NOT a medical insurance company like they stated. I wish someone would file a class action lawsuit against them.
THIS IS A SCAM! If I could they would even get a 1 star. I called to cancel my plan and the guy kept asking "Why am I canceling my plan? What am I going to do, not go to the doctor?" He refused to let me talk to a supervisor. After about 5 minutes of me just saying "Please cancel my plan, Please cancel my plan........." He put me on hold and said ok my supervisor has told me to just cancel your plan. Are you kidding me? This place sucks! Beware do not get this"
Won’t verify the customer by a social or any other form of identification. Will only verify if you sound like a man or woman based on your name and will hang up on you 3 times because you don’t sound like your name .
This place is a scam! I never authorized continuous payment withdrawals. I have called several times to inquire or cancel to no avail. My daughters claims have been denied. The doctors office can never reach anyone. Stay away from them! Do yourself the biggest favor! I’ve reported them to my bank and the BBB Seriously disgusting.
