This place is a scam! I never authorized continuous payment withdrawals. I have called several times to inquire or cancel to no avail. My daughters claims have been denied. The doctors office can never reach anyone. Stay away from them! Do yourself the biggest favor! I’ve reported them to my bank and the BBB Seriously disgusting.

If I could give a 0 I absolutely would. Stay away from this insurance company at all costs. They are scammers. I called last month to cancel my plan and was informed that it had been cancelled so I didn't pay any more attention to it. But this month I received another charge of $107. I called back asking why I was charged. They said I never called to cancel which is a blatant lie. They were extremely condescending and rude especially Marcellus who is apparently the manager.
