I am incredibly impressed with this team. After some frustrating billing experiences with other companies, I feel so fortunate to have found Mick, Jessica, and Susan. Their communication is excellent, and they were incredibly helpful in guiding me through billing issues. Payments were processed quickly, and the entire experience has been seamless. I'm so grateful for their support.

I have enjoyed, appreciated and truly loved my time at NCDS Medical Billing ! Changing jobs comes only due to my husband leaving the military. Anyone looking for good employment in the state of Ohio should check into this company. They have good benefits, amazing management and PTO. They have also been kind and understanding throughout this process. Management takes the time to train and explain and coworkers are happy to help each other.
