We took a homebuyer education course from this lovely organization in December. Mr Sylvester Loving is a very knowledgeable person who explained everything so very well, answered all our questions throughout the course. He still answers all the queries and concerns that we come across with patience and care. Being a first time home buyer the journey can be tricky but if you have the back of people that actually want to give it back to society it really helps. I would give a one star if I had to only deal with Mr. Sylvester Loving who didn’t do his due diligence halfway through the process or at the end . Make sure sure your walk thru you have your own clipboard to verify any repairs are completed . Take pics . Do not count on receipts or Mr. LOVING’s word that they will be completed before closing.
